Mr. Sena Kofi Asare is a Greenhouse Production Expert, Value Chain Coordinator, and Agribusiness Development Consultant with over six years of postgraduate experience in agribusiness training, greenhouse production, value chain mapping, and market development throughout Ghana. Currently serving as the Value Chain Coordinator for the Harnessing Agricultural Productivity and Prosperity for Youth (HAPPY) program, he facilitates communication and collaboration among consortium partners, ensuring alignment with program objectives and coordinating joint planning and implementation of activities.
He has worked on significant programs in collaboration with organizations such as the Mastercard Foundation, Ghana EXIM Bank, Technoserve, Ghana Enterprise Agency (GEA) National Service Authourity and the Ministry of Food and Agriculture, focusing on specialty vegetable production and youth agribusiness development. Mr. Asare is dedicated to advancing food safety and security through research and innovative practices in agriculture. His goal is to build strong capacities in crop production and lead transformative innovations in the agricultural sector.
