With expertise spanning value chain development, enterprise support, and financial management, Prince currently contributes his skills to two pivotal roles. He serves as a Poultry Value Chain & Enterprise Development Specialist for Agri-Impact Limited, supporting the operationalization of the Mastercard Foundation's Harnessing Agricultural Productivity and Prosperity for Youth (HAPPY) Program. In this capacity, he provides technical oversight, facilitates stakeholder engagement, and drives market linkage strategies to create opportunities for youth within an inclusive consortium framework.
Concurrently, as the Executive Advisor for Ropryn Company Limited and a private consultant, he provides high-level strategic direction, business advisory services, and specialized training in post-harvest management and sustainability pathways for agribusinesses and SMEs.
Prince’s extensive leadership background includes serving as Executive Director of Ropryn Company Limited for seven years, where he provided strategic oversight and developed expansion strategies. Prior to that, he held senior positions with ASNAPP Ghana, including Project & Finance Manager for Ghana and Liberia, where he managed multimillion-dollar project portfolios, oversaw financial systems, and led market assessments and capacity-building initiatives that connected smallholder farmers to formal markets.
His consultancy portfolio is vast and demonstrates his versatility, having led projects for a wide array of international partners such as GIZ, USAID, the European Union, World Bank, UNDP, and SNV. These assignments have included value chain studies, baseline surveys, proposal development, and specialized training programs across horticulture, cassava, forestry, and agroecology.
Prince holds an MBA in Petroleum Accounting and Finance from the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA), and a BSc in Materials Engineering from KNUST. This unique combination of financial acumen and technical engineering knowledge, supplemented by an Advanced Diploma in Project Management (ICM-UK), equips him with a multifaceted skill set to tackle complex development challenges.
