Agri-Impact has supported seven West African governments in developing National Agricultural Investment Plans (NAIPs) β the primary policy instrument for mobilising domestic and international finance for agricultural transformation.
Our work spans diagnostic analysis, stakeholder consultation, investment prioritisation, financial modelling, and plan documentation β ensuring that plans are not only technically sound but politically endorsed and financeable.
