National Agricultural Investment Planning (NAIP)

Supporting governments across West Africa to develop bankable, sector-wide agricultural investment plans aligned with CAADP and the Malabo Declaration.

Agri-Impact has supported seven West African governments in developing National Agricultural Investment Plans (NAIPs) β€” the primary policy instrument for mobilising domestic and international finance for agricultural transformation.

Our work spans diagnostic analysis, stakeholder consultation, investment prioritisation, financial modelling, and plan documentation β€” ensuring that plans are not only technically sound but politically endorsed and financeable.
